Truth is, in order to completely and sincerely love or forgive someone, you must receive complete love and forgiveness upon yourself.

Worship is a Privilege
God deserves more praise than the world could collectively offer to Him. Yet, through His unconditional love and grace to the world, He has allowed for an imperfect people to worship Him.
Knowledge is Power?
Someone can memorize all of Scripture, know every single story of the Bible, and correctly interpret the Word down to each dotted “i” and crossed “t.” However, what good is this head-knowledge if it hasn’t been applied to their own life??
God gave us His truth…Not so that we could just have facts to know ”about” Him, but to personally KNOW Him.

The Chase and the Wait
Love is like a butterfly: the more you chase it, the more it will fly away from your reach…If you don’t rush the pursuit, but allow yourself to give it time, it will gracefully land on your shoulders at the unexpected moment.
Give to the Potter's Hands
God has to take us as clay and refine us through the fire before we can become vessels that will not only hold, but pour out His love and spirit into the lives of others. Through the submission of our time and will, we allow God to be the Potter of our lives.
We Need Each Other
Many Christians distance themselves from people after committing sin, and carry the weight of their own struggles to avoid others from knowing their flaws…But, the beauty of God’s grace is that He uses those around us to minister to us, even after we fail. Rather than neglect, we can confide in friends and family, whom God might just use to help us grow out of our own darkness.
Serving Out of Love
It’s easy for most people to serve others when they expect something in return, such as money or popularity. Serving out of love, as Christ calls us to do, is different. It means being able to intentionally give of ourselves without an expectation of receiving, and instead, trusting the power of God’s selfless love through us, in order to draw people to Christ.
Extraordinary Love
Loving those who love you is simply normal, but to truly love those who attack you is divine.

Know What You Want?
Sometimes, when we think we know what we WANT, God will give us these things to prove to us that they wont satisfy, nor sustain us for very long. In this, He allows us to redirect the desires of our heart and the focus of our eyes upon Him, whom we will forever NEED.
The Big Picture
Alot of things in life seem crazy now or just don’t make any sense. Know though that we’re only viewing a small fraction of the big picture God has for us. If you ask God, He will give you a new perspective.
Beyond Comfort
Sometimes, God takes us out of our comfort zone so that we learn to trust Him even more. So don’t be discouraged in these times, but pray for a humble heart and a teachable spirit.
We're All In This Together
Calling all Christians: WE ARE ON THE SAME TEAM!! We should be encouraging and loving one another rather than gossipping and comparing ourselves to each other. Stop playin’ patty-cake and focus your attention on preaching the Gospel through actions and words….Amen
Forfeit the Blame Game
To lay aside our pride means to quit blaming and comparing ourselves to others, take up and acknowledge our wrongdoings, and own up to the fact through admittance that WE NEED HELP…Only then can God truly redeem and transform us!
Nothing Left to Lose
Sometimes, God has to strip us down til we have nothing left to hide behind…Until we stop relying in what we have and start trusting in Him. When we are finally bare, He can begin to clothe us in His righteousness!
Gratitude, Not Attitude
Out of our human nature, we tend to focus on what we don’t have and overlook all the little blessings. However, once we learn to be grateful and commit the ”small portions” to God, then He will enable us to tackle the ”bigger fish.”
So When Do We Pray?
Prayer should always be our FIRST response, never our FINAL resort. Talk to Him…He wants to talk to you!
A Church Beyond Four Walls
The church isn’t defined by four walls and a sunday schedule, but expands beyond that concept. As believers, WE are the church. It’s everywhere we go and exists in everything we do on a 24/7 basis. Praise God for His omnipresent spirit!
Competent Through Christ
We focus on our imperfections to the point that we neglect God the opportunity to work through us. Don’t limit yourself…and especially God. If He calls you to do something, don’t hesitate. Trust Him to minister through you and to you!
Is Theology Good?
Yes, Theology is important for the sake of accurately understanding God’s word and God Himself…But, remember not to get caught up in arguing within circles that you neglect sharing the simple message of Christ’s love through your actions and deeds.
Waiting On the World to Change?
Fact is, Christians are human: they make mistakes and have a choice to decide whether or not to be serious in maturing through the faith…But, we have to quit judging and waiting on people to change! The transformation of Christ in others begins only when we allow Him to transform our character, thoughts, and everyday lives…so that He may use our transformation to transform others!
Sorrow vs. Repentance
The difference between being SORRY and REPENTANT: Being sorry means acknowledging and regretting wrongdoings…But even a criminal can be sorry for their actions when they get caught… Repentance requires of us not only to acknowledge our mistakes, but to take the responsibility upon ourselves rather than point the blame at others…so that our humility may allow God to draw us...
Before It's Too Late...
It’s easy to take for granted people that surround our lives each week—each day. Some never know how blessed they are to have certain people in their lives until they leave or pass away…Honor your friends and family, and thank those who have guided you to this point in life. You never know when they’ll be gone.
Excellent Worship?
God calls us to be diligent and excellent (to the best of our abilities) in serving others through our talents. We honor God when we take time to practice using the skills He has allowed to us…We’re not here to IMPRESS, but to IMPACT…in order to lead people to Christ’s salvation and begin a genuine relationship with God.
